The Peppoli room creates the feeling that you are dining in an authentic Tuscan villa. Special attention in the menu is paid to the centuries-old traditions of culture and cuisine. The wine list is a superb collection of world-class wines, with about a thousand items, including Antinori's stellar wines: Tignanello and Solaia.

From Italian “Villa dei Fiori” is translated as Villa of flowers.

At the central entrance, guests can see a portrait of Catherine de Medici, a magnificent reproduction by an unknown European artist.

Catherine, with her passions, manners and taste, love of art, splendor and luxury, was the main trendsetter throughout Europe. She also left a mark on the culinary history of France: it was thanks to her that the French court discovered the delights of Italian cuisine, including artichokes, broccoli, several varieties of spaghetti and ice cream. Her banquets were known for their splendor. The popularity of ballet in France is also associated with Catherine de Medici, who brought this form of performing arts with her from Italy.
